Default Spindle lift vs suspension lift

2001 dodge ram 1500 2wd, wondering if a 3 inch suspension or spindle lift would be better for looks but especially for offroading and money is a factor

Unfortunately, "money is a factor" and "offroading" do not go hand in hand. Most spindles are designed for street use and MILD offroading. You can get complete 3" spindle lifts with 1" blocks for the rear for $360 but the quality of the spindle may be crap. The spindles that they sell for $269 are more than likely from Airbaggit or Springtech. They have had major quality issues in the past as well as not fitting correctly. If you go with the higher priced Fabtech or Procomp complete kits, you would be better off but they are upwards of $1500
