I am guessing this is a 2014 you will be ordering as the 2013 MY (Model Year) ordering is complete?
Worst case you want to get the truck for invoice plus any available incentives. Invoice on that truck is probably around $47,800. If its a 2014 the dealer won't know if any incentives will be available until it is delivered as RAM has not announced any 2014 MY incentives. You can probably bet they will be very small if any during the 2013 calendar year for 2014 MY RAMs.
Best case you could shoot for is Invoice - Dealer holdback. Dealer hold back is 3% of MSRP - Destination cost ($1095). So you in your case dealer holdback is around $1550. So if you could lock in $46,250 plus any available incentives you would be getting a pretty good deal.
Lifetime warranty would be added to on top of the prices I mentioned above, and $2000 for lifetime warranty with a $100 deductible is a pretty good price.
I have a 2013 Limited on order. My MSRP was 54,500 and I got it for 42,300, but I qualified for $5750 cash incentives.
