Default 8.4A system quirks with Bluetooth media

I've had my SLT Crew Cab for about two weeks and one road trip now, and have a few issues with how the UConnect system works; not disasters, but they suggest that the software still needs some refinement.

I listen to podcasts while driving, using a Motorola Droid Bionic (Android 4.1.2) and the Pocket Casts app via Bluetooth. Most of the time, it works pretty well, pausing playback when the truck is shut off, resuming next time, etc., but a few times, it has restarted the podcast from the beginning. This is annoying, as I have to unlock the phone and guess where it was and refind my place (some of the podcasts I listen to are 1-2 hours long, so finding the spot can be annoying).

When playing podcasts, the unit displays two times. The second is the length of the current podcast (hh:mm:ss), but the first, which you'd expect to be the current position, seems to be somewhat random. I've seen it too high, too low, and even higher than the total length of the podcast. It would be nice if this works, because a glance at the current position when stopping would make recovering from unintended restarts at the beginning a bit less painful.

If I'm playing SiriusXM, switch to media to listen to a podcast, then return to radio, it's often on FM instead of Sirius.

I have to turn the volume up louder when using Bluetooth (even with the phone's bluetooth volume at max), which makes for an annoying ear blast when switching back to FM or Sirius if I forget to turn the volume down first. It would be nice to have a volume compensation setting (the non-OEM adapter I have in my Mini supports this).

Is there some way to report issues like this to Chrysler so that they may get fixed in future software releases?
