Default 100,000 Mile Maintenance

My 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 Hemi Has hit 103,000 Miles. I am wanting to take it in to have Preventive Maintenance done to it. My Question is What Exactly needs to be done? I know its a broad question. I'm thinking injector cleaning, new belt, new plugs, air cleaner, brake system flush. Does the timing chain need to be replaced?

Shouldnt be any different than any other maint. interval. Chains generally dont get replaced, belts get replaced at about 100k. Honestly what needs to be done depends on what you have done on a regular basis.

Injector cleaning: Ok to do, but you should do that any time you feel the engine is getting sluggish

Belts: If you havent replaced them then go ahead, remeber to replace the tensioner too

Plugs: Depends on the last time you replaced them. If you havent then its a good idea

Brakes System: Should be flushed whenever brakes are replaced, not mileage dependant

Air, Oil, Etc: Keep replacing at your normal interval

Things you should consider doing if you have not already:

Trans filter change and fluid flush

Differential fluid change

Transfer Case Fluid change

Power Steering Flush

Check and inspect all steering components for wear

Inspect and replace parking brake if necassary

Inspect radiator/AC condensor for leaks/cracks

Change all hoses if necassary

Check torque on exhaust manifold bolts

Have your battery and alternator tested to make sure they are still in optimum range

I am sure I could think of a few more given time.

Okay that's a list. I will work off that. I think I will do the First mentioned and Add the Trans flush to it. That ought to be a $600.00 Bill. Hey I want to get another 100k out of it.

That's a good way to look at it. Even with all this maintenance you will still save money over buying a new vehicle.
