Default Noisy front suspension over small bumps

When going over small sharp bumps, there seems to be some noise coming from the front suspension. Also I can "feel" the road through the gas pedal, if this makes sense. Chrysler replaced the sway links and bushings after I complained of a hollow thunking sound coming from the front (especially loud when in 4x4). I checked the air in the tires and they are at 35psi (still running the crap Wrangler HP's that came with the truck). So I was wondering if anything else in the front end needs replacing (when my Jeep did this they replaced the sway links and the lower control arms). I can't feel anything in the steering wheel, although the wheel is slightly off center when driving straight on the Hwy. There is no pull in either direction, I would think they would have done an alignment after replacing the sway links? Yes-no? Anyway any help would be appreciated, so I can go back to Chrysler and get them to fix whatever is wrong If there is something wrong. Only have 21000kms on it...

I have the same issue. My right front sway bar link keeps coming loose. And the lower shock bolt nut keeps getting lose. So I can hear it when it's getting lose again.

Try rotating your wheels front to rear and see if you still have the same feeling in your gas pedal. I noticed that the front tires were prone to cupping and you could feel and hear it at different speeds. I also had both of my front wheel bearings replaced which also made a huge difference.

I'll try rotating the tires, this vib in the pedal only showed up after I changed from my winter tires to the Wrangler HPs.

Hmm...but I wouldn't think that it would get loose again after only 3 months, and less than 2000kms? I wonder if aftermarket sway links would be better than mopar?

This may sound weird but i had the exact same issue on my 11 with 50,000 kms on it. It turned out to be the power steering rack and pinion gear box that was "worn" was replaced under warranty. It started about 5000kms ago and they couldnt figure it out. When the truck is off shake steering wheel back and forth and it made the clunk you could feel on your feet and the wheel. Hope this helps. It took 2 dealers to solve this but its like a new truck again now.
