Default Advice on 35's

I decided I want 35's on my truck. My plan is to go with the billstein 5100 all the way up, a 1" spacer in the rear, factory flares and aftermarket 17" rims. What offset will I need to get no rubbing and not stick out too far if at all?

Depending on what offsets are available in the rims you want a +6 would be ideal to avoid rubbing and not stick out too far. But from what I've seen most wheels don't come in a +6. It's either +12 or 0 and out of those two I would definitely pick 0 just to be safe. You MIGHT be able to clear with a +12 depending on the tire and your truck, but I wouldn't risk it.

How far out would you estimate the 0 offset would stick out if I put the factory flares on. Thanks for the info

If you but factory flares on they shouldn't stick out at all.

I have 20x9 -12 offset with 35x12.5 Toyo MT's and I stick out 2". A 0 offset would stick out a half inch less so 1.5". I believe that's exactly how far the OEM flares stick out.
