When they were first released they had a lot of issues you are correct there, we have had a couple recently go out upon customer request and not had an issue with them with the new updates available, and as far as custom tuning go we used to not offer it as it was as you say a "bitch" however we have that on lock now and are able to custom tune with the intune almost just as easy as we can with the trinity's, not sure if you have worked with one recently but they are a lot better now than they were when they were first released

I highly reconmend the Diablo Sport Trinity T1000 tuner and have heard many good things about the bully dog tuners.. Yes Bully dog does specialize in diesel.. but they do make great canned tunes for the gas engines. A chip is not worth $10 and there is plenty of tuner programmers which will offer everything you want out of it. I have also heard that superchips products are also great but only have experience with the trinity and love everything about it.

On the topic of Bully Performance.. I have nothing but good things to say bout the 2. Both members are excellent and do tons around the forum and do not try pushing the most expensive product upon you, but instead the proper product which you need for what you desire. I have met Andrew (FastNugly) in person twice at Ram meets and is a great stand up guy who has great information for all questions (And an amazing Ram). I recently purchased a 5" MBRP exhaust tip and Bilsteins 5100 adjustables through them and planning to order Toyo M/T's wit XD addict rims in the near future due simply to not only their amazing pricing, but the amazing customer service that they offer. Andrew has gone above and beyond with assisting me with every question I have had either through the forum, e-mail or text message, even with my trinity which I did not even purchase through them. I am completely happy knowing that I am purchasing my products from a company who is willing to go way beyond the standard to assure that their customers are fully satisfied. They also gave me a great sticker for my window

Just my 2 cents.
