I think even if by some chance my truck arrived before labor day weekend, I'd wait until after to pick it up just to see the new incentives. What's another few days when you've been waiting this long.
Well thats the reverse of the problem...a bunch have complained about not receiving their ordered 13's yet...is it conceiveable that someone could pick up an ordered 2013 AFTER the 2013 rebates expire?? not all trucks qualify anymore from what I read....and yes...this thread HAS become unwieldy, but I'M not gonna be the guy to start a new one....

I've gotten the impression that everybody has been promised the best of the incentives from time of order to time of delivery. So if there were no incentives left when they picked up a 2013, they should still get the incentives that were in place when they ordered.

Today, my order shows "Your vehicle is been shipped. Thank you for your purchase."

I actually thought the truck would be placed in the yard for a week before it shipped. However, the process appears to be quite rapid. The truck was built all through this week and now it is actually being shipped. Dodge appears to be capable of assembling product very efficiently and rapidly.

I will have to check for any promotions or rebates on the '14 but I have not seen any as yet. Anyone have any links?

Mine still says final inspection but dealer says in storage yard and will ship next week. I did get a spray in bed liner so may be doing that as part of final inspection. I was surprised he said would recieve invoice in 14 days so that tells me it will take that long and then some to arrive I would think.

RJ: I see you have the PowerStep. Nice. I went to the site and see AutoAnything wants $1150 which is about comparable to a OEM option cost for the steps. Do you live in a very cold (freezing) winter climate? Since the steps get a direct hit of slush which freezes at night, the power step can be overwhelmed by ice. My friend's Ford Limited has OEM power steps and it has broken twice so far during last winter. Fortunately, the dealer covered it under warrantee. But the dealer said they won't do any more replacements.

So from what I am reading, if I ordered my Silver 1500 Sport CC on 7/25 and haven't seen any emails yet that is common? The dealer has no further information on the order either. First vehicle that I have ever ordered so the whole process of waiting and wondering is new to me...

James: My heap comes with the factory spray in liner. Yet, it was built all during this week and is now being shipped. I believe that most people now opt for the spray in liner since it is so functional and cosmetically acceptable. I am going to get the Dodge Ram OEM rubber mat with logo to lay down in the box and gate which also protects the top of the gate.

I found a number of discount OEM Dodge Ram cargo mat suppliers on line.

I live on Long Island in NY...temps don't get too bad, nothing like when I lived in Chicago for two years back on 06-08.

I was getting the OEM steps (not power ones), but I decided to go with the AMP powersteps inside. Are there OEM motorized ones available from Dodge/Mopar?

I ordered the Mopar Carpet set for my bed, which I will put on top of the spray in liner...and remove it when I'm hauling stuff that is dirty.
