Default Toolbox liner material for INSIDE ramboxes

I did a search and did not find what people are using to line the inside of the Ramboxes to limit the sound of tools rolling around in them.

I was thinking Neoprene, indoor outdoor carpet, harbor freight or other mesh tool drawer liner or corrugated cardboard.

What works and what doesn't?

Over the years I've found the best thing is the carpeting they use in boats. Water/mildew resistant and comes in different grades and colors. Easy to find online or at boat dealers.
