Exclamation HELP. This CV play normal??? Truck vibrates

I have been having vibrations & shaking in the truck for the past few months now and no-one seems to know anything.

I am running a 2" level and a set of bfg 35s.

One dealer told me my cvs were finished, the next one said no,no they are supposed to do that.

I want to know what you guys think??

I uploaded the video below, just click on it to view it in photobucket. I hear a clunking noise when I move it up and down.

Thanks for the help
Justin

Wow, the road salt sure is taking its toll up there in ontario. Sheesh. My truck is the same year as yours, I live in the rainiest state in the country, and I don't have a lick of rust. But I dont drive through salt water all winter either LOL

Any kind of klunking or vibration at any speed is an indication of Bad Ju-Ju. Time for some new/refurbished parts.

Well little update, I was tempted to test these cvs out today.
Dropped her into 4Low, started crawling along a trail and next thing I know
I heard a big bang from down below.
Got back onto the road, swapped her into 2wd started moving and hearing a sort of a grinding/whining sound coming from the front end somewhere.

So to the dealer tomorrow to see what let go ha No error codes or anything so probably something mechanical failed.

Well, at least it sounds... EXPENSIVE!! Ouch, let us know what the damage is when you find out.
