Default Braking warning chime

I am getting an intermittent warning chime when pressing the brake pedal. I am not getting a Lamp Out error (and all the brake light filaments are working) and the fluid level is high. I get no other dash warnings, just the chime. Any ideas?

Sometimes I have to pull up the parking brake pedal while holding the brake release. Is it a low washer fluid chime?

I'm wondering if the parking brake pedal wasn't fully raised (I don't normally use it). Shouldn't I get a dash warning light that the parking brake is applied?Strangely, yesterday, my right rear indicator stopped working (and I did get a Lamp Out error). When I pulled the lamp off the car, one of the socket wires was broken about half inch from the socket (maybe holding on by a strand), so I soldered and heat shrank it and all is working fine now.
