Default Front axle u-joint replacement; nut/socket size?

Hi!

Haven't even drive 100 miles yet but have a horrible noise and vibration in the front end. (U-joint)

I'm sure this HAS to be covered already on here, dozens of times but not sure how to search for it.

A friend is going to help me with this but I need to know the size of the axle nut so that I have the right tools here!

After 143,000 miles, I am sure that I have the miles out of it!

Not sure if it shows when I post but I have a 97 Laramie, Ram 1500 5.9 pickup.

THANKS in ADVANCE!

Ben

Default U-joint question; I was told I put this in the wrong place?
