Default powerbass shallow speakers?

I have a 2013 Ram R/T. I went to the local car audio place and he said I should get powerbass shallow subs for my truck. I told him I would research first. Has anyone heard of this speaker? Are they good? Looking to put 2 10's behind the seats. Any advice would be awesome!

Mediocre at best. If you have to go shallow, there are better alternatives. It all depends on your budget.

Budget isn't an issue. I'm from Enid. But, I work for the railroad and currently am in Jacksonville, IL.

I have a single JL w3 shallow sub in my truck and it sounds awesome. Make sure you get a good sub box and have it ported for maximum effect.

Enclosure is more important than sub. But I just got 2 polk audio mm1040 svc and they hit hard. I was on the fence between those and the sd2 10s. After listening to them I went with the polk and they are the same price. I'm only pushing them with a kicker zx400.1 so they can take more power. But these subs love small enclosed spaces so they are great for trucks. Hope that helps broaden your search

I've used 2 12" Kenwood shallow subs in the past and loved them. Best shallow sub I've heard and I'm a kicker guy for the most part. Powerbass? I wouldnt waste my hard earned money on it.

Here's a link

Or you can use my all time favorite cheaper sub the kicker CVR. I have a 12" in a 1.5 cu ft sealed box on 375 RMS and it sounds great.
