Default Interior Cabin Filter?

My 2009 has got stuff that keeps blowing in through the vents. Is there an interior cabin air filter kit I can buy? Did it come with one?

Thanks!

Nope, no filter. If what's being blown out the vents came from outside the truck there isn't going to be anything to repair under warranty.

Is it white flecks blowing out? Does it mostly happen when the A/C is on? If so it could be dried up condensation from the A/C condenser coils. I had this problem on a previous truck, and had to replace the whole A/C core, and have all the ducting cleaned.

Auto truck toys dot com has the "Cab Fresh" filters,,, The listing is for 3rd gen Rams, but nothing listed yet for us 4th gens,,

They mount externally in the cabin intake cowl area up under the hood,,,

Hoping that they come up with something for us 4th Gen folks,,,

UPDATE:
The Cab Fresh Filter Company's web site DOES list a filter for '09's and up RAMS,,, 1/2, 3/4,, and 1 tons,,,

http://www.cabfreshfiltercompany.com...ers.html#dodge Model # DR-09, Part # 19009P

Cab Fresh does not sell direct to the public,,, I have an e-mail in to truck toys to check availability

Update #2

I contacted Cab fresh via e-mail to find a retailer, AND, it turns out they DO sell direct to the public!

I confirmed that Model # DR-09, Part # 19009P, does fit my 09 1/2 ton RAM.

From Cab Fresh:

Your best results for the #19009 is to purchase from us.
Cost is $$59.95 for the complete.
After the filter material fills up with dirt, you will
Need a replacement element at $17.95.
UPS ground shipping is $7.00

The filter material is made of a polyister material which is
Water resistant, therefore, you can power wash it when you
Wash your truck. Just keep the sprayer back a ways so you
Do not break the material down. 60,000 miles use from the filter
Material under normal road conditions.

Thanks for inquiring. We guarantee all our products for performance and
Durabilty.

We take all major credit cards.

Thanks,

Sharon Hines
Cab Fresh Filter Co.

there is a thread, that will show you how to add a cabin filter, for about $30 in parts, requires small amount of cutting, buying a factory part, and adding a filter element...takes about 15 minutes.... adds just a hair more noise, with the blower on, as the air passes thru the filter..... look for the thread with complete instructions

Just order the cabin filter and the door for a Caliber or Avenger and then you take off you lower glove box door you will see the shape of the door and you cut the plastic away with a sharp strong exacto knife be cafeful not to drop pieces nto the fan put in the filter and snap on the door. There is a thread in here search t has pictures and part numbers.
Here you go http://www.ramforumz.com/showthread....t=cabin+filter

There is no noise, did you put the filter in upside down?
