You can do it yourself. The hardest part is going to be getting it in and out of the truck. Do yourself a favor. Remove the front seats. It will need to come out on the pass. side front door. I used to rebuild trucks for a living I would usually pull the headlinner when I pulled the windshield.

Most trim shops will sell the material and have it in stock. The material,a can of 3m spray glue , razor blade , and wire brush is all you need.

Peel off the material and the foam under it. This is what the wire brush is for. If its a pressed fiberglass b/s be careful. Do it 1/2 at a time coat the linner board with glue. As it is drying fold the material in 1/2 length wise. lightly spray one side. When the glue on the board gets tacky start laying the cloth down. Its going to take two people. Lay it out and press it into the glue ever so lighlty. The glue soaks thru the foam and into the material it will look like crap.

When you get to the middle swap sides. Spray and roll the material down. Let it sit and watch it for a few hours. Make sure you dont get any spots let loose in the curves and edges. Once dry cut out the the dome light, visor holes and coat hanger hooks. Reinstall and your done. DONT BEND IT. It will fit just take your time.
