Default RAM owners site --- problems?

I am trying to enter my own service data into the Ram owners website under the service area.....and tried two different PCs and all 3 browsers...chrome, exploder and Firefox.....cant get past the spinning timer indicator when I pick "oil change"

I've never been able to update Mopar Owner connect myself. I've tried IE, Firefox, and Chrome. It does update after I get a dealer service though.

It doesn't really matter to me because I don't use it for the maintenance schedule; I use the one in the manual. It shows recalls (or rather the one software update that has been the only recall for my truck), and that's all I really need it for.

So Desert Ram, you are able to enter the current mileage on your odometer into the ownerconnect site, and it actually updates?

Yep

I even peaked at the service records and everything is in order then
clicked on the ' Recall ' and nothing new was there just a record of
a radio software update from 05/2014. The miles listed were 1,265
I changed it to 2,264 and it popped up.

So do I.....but between this truck and other vehicles and other household paperwork I have two file cabinets full of folders...LOL

Figured I would use the online "diary" to duplicate the oil change stuff at least so I have it easily accessible "anywhere"...plus, it helps to serve as some evidence that I am actually doing the changes as required, for warranty issues....but only in theory....the site does say that "chrysler does not monitor" the records.....
