My build thread here: http://www.ramforumz.com/showthread.php?t=65939

Started with a RCSB Sport 4x4,
Ground Force 2/3 drop with progressive rate coils all around for better handling, mount some Big 305/50R20 rubber
Put an even higher stall than the stock R/T 2600 for $500 from Edge Racing Converters
(My Street Edge 2800 actually stalls at 3000rpm)
and I full throttle launch it in AWD and never need to worry about traction.

I can still run it in 2WD, and the only thing missing is the grill badge
...which ironically is the only thing most fake R/T's add for $30 (ebay)

I actually race mine at the track on 28" Drag Radials on all four corners
much faster than any R/T I've ever lined up with. (4.30:1 effective gear ratio)

some before an after shots of mine....

When are you going to paint them exhaust tips to finish off the look?!

Your killing me!!!! Lol. Those fogs do help a lot though. I drive with mine on all the time. Maybe I'll buy a DDM hid one of these days. I seen your update on your s/c and those are some good numbers for just getting it done. Happy with it so far?

Yup, another one of MANY toys, That one's my oldest, a 10 year old 03' Honda VTX Retro
Here she is bone stock the day I brought her home in my new 04' Hemi Quad Cab (Both Christmas presents in December 03')

and after some "custom" work..

The Big Red Sled ...officially named Candi by my G/F

Checking out her reflection in the new 10' Ram after both were waxed

She watched with a jealous eye as I bolted in the Supercharger on the weekend...

You could technically make a 4wd R/T, the only differences are the 4.10 gears and a slightly higher stall tc.
I know this post is old but... there are 4x4 R/Ts but not in the US. They are a Mexico exclusive for some reason. I saw this post awhile ago and was not a member and just got in a non heated exchange on facebook about this. I was proven wrong by 3 people. You can buy an R/T 4x4 in mexico. If you search ram r/t 4x4 in google, it will come up with a ram trucks site in spanish. Click on r/t 1500 regular can one and even the pics show 4x4 emblems. Then I was given other screenshots of sites that show them. Also came across a 2500 4x4 r/t ram option on the ram trucks site. They are near impossible to find info on but I was shown that they are made.
