i have the f1 on my current truck. seems like a really nice cover, but i dont know that i would pay the extra for it again. i had the g2 on my last truck and theyre very similiar. hoping my f1 holds up to hail better than my g2 did though.

oh and that little handle has really been more in the way rather than helped in any way

So I pulled the trigger and got the F1. The cover was delivered last night and I have to say that every comment about the directions was spot on....they suck! The simplest things like which way the rails are supposed to face would have been helpful. However after I figured that out and clamped the rails down, it was relatively pretty easy sailing from there. Had to tweak the way the cover lined up on the bed a few times, but I think I got it. The one complaint I do have is that on the tailgate there is still the opening on both sides where water looks like can get in. Does this sound right to you guys? I'm thinking maybe the cover isn't back far enough, but I don't know. Can somebody send close up pics (from above)of their tailgate with the F1 installed. If the way I have it is correct does anyone have a suggestion on what to put in those spaces to stop water from going in?

Tks for the video. But it doesn't really show the tailgate close up after the cover is on. No worries though. I'll just tweak it until I feel comfortable. Tks for you help. Now I just gotta figure out where to put the drain tubes since I have a drop in bed liner!

Yes I have the same problem with the tailgate space. No matter how you try there will still be a space. I live in Az. and haven't had much rain to test however I have gone through the car wash and a little water gets in the back of the bed but nothing up front.
I can live with the amount and don't think it will cause a problem. Maybe someone that has the Bak-flip can advise who have used it during rain.
