Let me see if I can answer all these good thoughts ya'll have. As for publishing it, I'm putting out the events as they happen. If anyone fragmented it, it's false and I can dispute it with my attorney. But I'm broke! Getting an attorney is a last resort. And if one refused it already I question if another would take it. Perhaps I should at least call another one. And just getting one to question my Chrysler REP would be good. I believe the dealer and Chrysler know exactly how far they can push all this and remain within the text of arbitration. Each say they are searching for a transmission - they are trying and since they can't find one it isn't eithers fault. My dealer said his due date went from August 27 to Sept 6. No matter what I ask of Chrysler I only get he has a group searching for a transmission. Then I told my dealer I wanted a new truck he said he would tell his people. So while I hear absolutely nothing from either, who say they are searching still, I search for a new truck and matching mine is few and far away. And waiting 5 weeks for a shock I nuts but I believe it. I just went for a rental car today, has to be a Chrysler and they didn't have one. I'm tired, guess that's what they want to do. But I don't see arbitration as anything for me other than bail out, the dealer loses nothing, keeps the truck, fixes it and sells it new with 65 miles on it. Then I have to find a truck all over, without a trade. WHEW!

I suggested to my corp rep a refund for my warranty for his 7/100000. I said I wanted the unlimited powertrain I was offered. He said first lets get you fixed then we can look at anything extra.

No word on the thick jelly like substance. I'll never be told and they couldn't care less.

This was on my other thread of the 65 mile transmission. PappaJohnRAM left it and I called and they were GREAT and have lemon law connections for other states. THANKS!!!

This firm is based in Philadelphia PA, but has affiliates in TN. I don't know anyone who has used them, but the call is free ... http://www.lemonlaw.com/tennessee-lemon-law.html

I'm not calling anyone over this junk truck. The lemon law rep told me the attorney name and Chrysler has 4 attempts or down for 30 days - I'm at 18. He said this transmission and truck have several claims now. They don't do anything with the dealer, it's all Chrysler. Looking forward to whatever they do as I have someone on my side now.

You are now in position of strength (Chrysler). This is where you want to start. I feel confident they will work to your satisfaction (just don't let up).
