Default working over the holiday

Well not that much like work. I have been working on a '66 ranchero for a while for a friend. My son's just got home from Wyotech he just got finished with refinishing. I have showed him a lot already he just needs a degree for the job he is trying to get. We did the doors today I let him spray them. He gets an A in my book. Its the color on my 2010 R/T.

Excellent paint job! I'm sure your proud of your son. It looks like he has promising carrier opportunities.

He and his brother are there. Im trying to get them a degree . There is a huge military contractors complex just a few miles from here. Im trying to get them on out there with a company who has the top bid so far for the replacement for the Hummer.

I wish a 1000 times I would have found a place there to go to work. The body shop business has been go to me. I just want a easier life for them.

I like the color also. I have not seen another truck the same color as mine around here. Probably due to cost. It cost us $130.00 just to base clear those two doors. We mix our own paint so a shop buying from a paint store would pay 150+ for it. A shop would charge out $200+ in materials.

What I like is how straight it is and how all the body lines are crisp. I have a few days of just blocking it out.

It was covered in hail damage golf ball size dents. I did all the bodywork and custom body mods.

I had to stop painting about 6 years ago.

That's the same blue that's on my 2010R/T
