Default looking at a 2003 quad cab with the 4.7 please help

Looking at this 2003 quad cab 4.7 its got a 115,000 miles on it. I went and checked it out and it seem to check out just fine other than abs light was on and the parking brake light. The abs seemed to work just fine and the parking brake didnt seem to be stuck or anything so I am assuming its a censor. My only real concern is that it seemed to leak power steering fluid pretty good. The guy told me when it sits it doesn't seem to leak very much but when I got under the truck after the test drive it seemed to be pretty wet underneath there. I couldnt really find where the leak was coming from, it does seem to appear that it is coming from the power steering. I was thinking it could leak more while driving because of the pressure. Other than that it seemed to drive nice the 4x4 worked well, shifted nice. All the AC and heat seemed to work great. Another thing that makes me wonder is that the price is so good. It was listed at $7,000 and I talked him down to $5,800 it just seems so cheap for a great truck. It does have a small dent up front and the paint is bubbling a little around the back wheel wells that was the main reason I talked him down. It does seem that it just surfaced and would be easy to sand out. thanks for all the help

Did you ever buy this truck? If so, have you fixed the power steering fluid leak? I've owned a 2003 since brand new. Mine started leaking, but only when the outsides temps got down to around 25 degrees. Now, it leaks slowly all the time.
