Default 1998 Dodge 12 valve body questions

Hi guys,

My father recently bought a 1998 2500 4x4 diesel. We intend to use it as a work truck with spending a minimal amount of money to get it on the road. Here's the low down: frame, box, and drive train are all good to go. The cab either needs major repair or replacement. Cab mounts, floors, rocker panels and sills are shot. We are considering fixing the cab, or replacing it. Everything boils down to whichever is cheaper.

My question: will an extended folding rear door cab drop in place of one without folding doors or are modifications required?
