Default Anyone use Traxxx Lift?

I did the search and all I come up with are people using the leveling kit. The kit I am considering is Truxxx / Traxda COMPLETE Lift Kit 2009-2012 Dodge Ram 1500 4WD 5Lug 2" Front Lift 1" Rear Lift part #604012 that lifts the front 2" and rear 1". It's either this or the bilsteins. It says it's new. Just looking for someone with experience with this particular lift. Thanks

That kit is basically a leveling kit with a 1" rear coil spring spacer. Actually thats exactly what it is. It uses a spacer in the front to level the truck 2" and then the 1" rear coil spring spacer.

IMO you are better off using the Bilsteins, you will get better ride quality and more options should you ever decide to add more lift in the future.

you could do that. I've heard of a few guys running that brand and they liked it.

you could also do the bilsteins and a spacer from top gun customs or the like.

thats a popular combo as well

Thank you-the kit is about $130 (for parts) cheaper AND cheaper to install as far as labor since I cant do it myself. I know the Bilsteins are probably the way to go, but price is also a factor!

just remember you get what you pay for.

Not saying your kit is cheap quality. but there is a reason bilsteins cost what they cost. They are a reliable method of leveling that satisfies almost every user.

I see no reason not to go with other kit though.

If you want to save a little more and not sacrifice quality, you could always just get the 2" front leveling spacer and 1" rear spacer from Top Gun Customz.
