Default Crew vs Quad Cab Side Steps

Does anyone know if Crew Cab side steps will work on a Quab cab and vice versa? I'm assuming the mounting is the same, but I'm checking before I take the plunge...

I'm not 100% certain. But I'm going to say no.

The crew cab is 9" longer in the rear floor then the quad cab. And a quad cab has a 6'4" bed while a crew has a 5'7".

I've been looking around for Nerf bars and a lot of companies (Can't remember which ones --Westin, DeeZee, etc) have different part numbers for quad cabs and crew cabs. But that being said, these same companies have the same stock # for 1500, 2500 and 3500's when comparing crew cabs to crew cabs

Hmm good to know, so it'd appear steps for 1500, 2500, 3500 are the same but the Quad & Crew aren't.

The Crew & Quad definitely are different. I ordered a set for my 2013 Quad and accidentally got the crew ones. Mounting did not line up and steps were longer. I got them switched out and now no problems.
