Default Ready to order quest re side steps

I will be placing an order for a 2014 sport tomorrow and have one last question regarding the side steps. One option says "Chrome tubular by mopar" and for a $100 (CDN)more it states "wheel to wheel". I like the wheel to wheel but do they look the same except for the extra length??
Thanks for your help.

The short answer is yes, and im glad i got em...able to reach most of the bed from the sides..very convenient...and now MOPAR has mud flaps that fit even if you have wheel flares like I put in aftermarket...

Good answer. They look the exact same, they are just longer, and from what I hear more convenient.

I am a big guy and tried out the wheel to wheel steps and they work great. Did not flex and really allows you to access the front part of the bed with ease. I'm glad I put them down on my order. Now just need the truck to be built and I can actually use them!

Yank is spot on. I might add....Get the wheel to wheel steps. Invariably, due to braking forces, your load will shift forward. With the wheel to wheel step, you can then easily reach in to where the items ended up. Rear steps are of no convenient help under these most common conditions.

fyi - when i ordered my 2013 sport with wheel to wheel side steps i asked why EVERY truck on the lot did NOT have wheel to wheel - the manager told me that the difference in dealer pricing was an extra $400.00. (not $100) in other words a lot cheaper to order from factory than dealer.they are the cats meow-just another one of those things i can't believe took so long to invent.

I found that the dealer was willing to discount all my doodads when i ordered the truck at or below invoice...the wheel to wheel deals were just a tad higher than the shorter ones...as opposed to none at all....it just became a question of form and function...i saw several 13's on the lot in all 3 configs...glad i did it...

The wheel to wheel steps have been out for longer than the just the 13's. I had them on my 2011. The only difference is then they were chromed aluminum and tubular, now they are polished stainless and rectangular.
