Question A/c compressor new and sys recharged approx 4 weeks ago

Hello:
I had my a/c compand reciever dryer replacedprofessionally 4 weeks ago, and now at frist my blower motor was noisey found that problem and fixed that now the A/C compressor will not cycle when pushing the button on the heater panel light goes on an off but comp does not engage suspect blower motor resistor but not sure and I have not checked the charge either but i would hope that it isn't low after 4 weeks any thoughts?

Please help

PS heater director switch is in recirc which should give MAX a/c

you most likely lost your ac charge if the clutch is not engaging. The blower motor should work either way if the ac is charged or not.... sounds like your mech who did the work may have messed up somewhere. It happens.
