I had an issue trying to connect the a/c line back to the body. I ended up only reconnecting on of the screws and had to the leave the one by the airbox unfastened.

Think I will wait till then. Talked myself into it. Like the"snorkel" tube to get air from under the truck.

I mean it works and I'm happy with it but if you want something year specific than you should wait.

I installed mine on Friday and I guess I got lucky because I had no issues moving the AC line back and forth. I am not very mechanically inclined so I took a ridiculous amount of time doing everything slowly but got it to work without issues.

Were you able to bolt the A/C lines back?

i had an issue with the center bracket at first, but after a day or two decided to go at it again.
i loosened up the front and rear one almost all the way out...removed the metal piece from the center bracket grommet to get the bolt lined up and re-inserted it as i was tightening the bolt. once it was in i re-tightened the front and rear brackets

i think i'm going to gasket the window, even after re-adjusting it i can't get it to sit flat
S&B did offer to send me a new window (A1+ customer support!!!!) but i'd rather have a fuller seal so...

i'm seeing everyones air sensor being clip up....mine was clip down. i re-installed it that way and haven't seen any issues, just one of those weird things i guess??

I too have never been thrilled with the way the top plexiglass cover sits, truth be told. Sure, it does the job, but cosmetically, it can be a little better fitting.

So I'm doing something about it after several months.....

I'm getting my buddy to re-do it in a couple of weeks. I'm taking it to his body shop where he'll cut out a new template that sits damn-near flush with about 2MM lip. I'm then taking that to another friend who works with persplex/plexiglass and having him router cut it perfectly. I'm then having him cut a second one which I will send to S&B Filters so they can use it as a [perfect fitting] template from here on.

I'm then taking my one home and polishing up the routed edges for a smooth finish.

I should have it completed within the next couple of weeks or so. Just a little tough right now as we are moving house.
