Default Issue with brake motive brakes

Purchased the cross drilled and slotted with ceramic pads from Brakemotive's eBay store. Everything went in with no problem and fit perfectly. While I was in there in replaced the two front calipers, only because I had at the time (march 2013) I had 99k on the truck. I am the second owner of my 2005 1500 hemi SLT. Couple buddies of mine who are also dodge owners said that their calipers went around 100k, so I figured what the hell, I'm already in here might as well so the calipers too. Well, now we are in October and these Brakemotive zinc cross drilled and slotted rotors look like this. I now have 110k on the truck, and they are soft, fade when stopping, and shake just enough to notice when braking, and make an ugly wearing sound. I live in New York, these brakes have never seen mud or snow or a creek. When installed they were bedded properly and line was flushed and replaced with DOT synthetic. Is the product garbage? Can they be resurfaced? What to do with them? I'm pretty pissed being that I've seen the reviews and this is my outcome.
