Default Power locks not working at all

All I get is a click under the dash. there is no noise or vibration or anything at the actuators. The switch on both doors will make the noise under the dash and the keyless will make the click under the dash and turn the dome light on when hitting unlock and honk the horn when hitting lock. no broken wires no blown fuses, and everything else works fine.

Check for power at/to the actuator when you engage the lock/unlock button on either the doors or your key fob. Although it's unlikely, both actuators may be bad. Once you've established that power is going to the actuators, we can move on to something deeper.

I did have another actuator that I plugged in and nothing happened. I don't have a test light or voltage meter right now. Now, the other actuator was from a truck that has not been running for a long time but I am rather certain that it was working when the truck was in service.

For now lets go with the scenario that there is no power to the actuators.

Then the next step is to check/replace the relay. It may be clicking, but all that means is that it's seeing voltage, not necessarily closing. Check/swap the relay for the door locks.

The problem seems to be in the CTM. while banging on it out of frustration the locks started trying to work. I have never dealt with the CTM but I have heard some very discouraging things
