Default Need help with front end noise

I've had my 06 1500 quad cab for about a month. Lately, when I start to accelerate I get alot of groaning and creaking sounds from the front end. Any ideas? It usually goes away once I hit about 20 mph.

If you could post a You Tube video for all of us to hear that would be a big help.

Not sure if this is a 4 wheel drive truck or not as well.

Most likely a bad u-joint on your driveshaft. Could possibly be a bad wheel bearing

Do you hear it just accelerating or going over bumps. do you hear it parked, engine off pushing down on the front end? 2wd or 4wd? Is it heard turning?

Like Fiatx said, if you can post a video of the sound, it would help.

I bet the sound is still there when you get faster. The road noise and such covers. I had all the groaning and creaking. Ended up being ball joints. Might be a good place to start the search. Also look at the bushings under there. Miine is a 4x4 and that is what it took to fix it.

WARNING.... I am not a mechanic nor did I stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night. This is just a guess from what I have seen with mine.

Pardon the hijack, but that's funny right there!

It's an 06 with how many miles? I'm guessing, like the other members have stated, could by any one or all the above.
