Default What to look for relative to paint issues

All,
Just took delivery of a new 2013 Limited and I am concerned with all the reported paint issues on this board. Not being a paint expert, can anyone on the forum comment about what specifically should be looked for and reported back to the dealer? I saw a small spot on my front quarterpanel above the passenger front tire in direct sunlight that looks like a dull polished area - do I take it back to the dealer? Hard to see if not in direct sunlight, but easy to see when full sun.

One of the other forum members is getting a replacement 2014 Limited due to paint issues on the 2013 Limited he just received 2 weeks before mine. Trucks went down the same paint process line, so I am concerned and want to address any paint issues early. Will spend most of today inspecting the paint job and documenting anything 'not normal' but I can use some help knowing what exactly to look for....Thanks!
