Default Signal and brake light issues

My 2003 Ram has the following issues...with lights ON, the left turn signal does not work and has the rapid flash on the dash with bulb out message. With the lights out, the left signal works although the bulb out message is still occasionally on the dash. On occasion, the right signal comes on briefly when I use the left. Tout initial problem had to do with left rear light tree because that turn signal was out. When I examined it, the tree was fine but the female wiring harness had rust on the inside. I finally found a replacement but that helped for only a day, now problem is worse. On a side note, I had 2 of the lighter fuses blow within 2 weeks of one another and one blew twice. Drivin me crazy! Thanks for any suggestions.

Blowing fuses means you're grounding out somewhere. Could be one of the circuit boards in your tail lights.

Ok, the truck problem I'm having is right turn signal, first click for wipers, when you pull lever back for high beam, washer & wipers come on but no high beam, then while driving with lights on they go out and the only way I have headlights is to put switch in the parking light position. Changed battery & got a Mopar turn signal switch, that worked fine for about 5 miles then it all went to heck and nothing listed above doesn't work again!!
