Do you still have the stock bumper? I put an Iron Cross on mine and because the body floats on the frame, everytime i go over a bump too fast the body flexes and hits my iron cross near the front lights... just something I have to live with.. I used some foam tape to try and make it less painful..

Yeah still the same bumper. I had them install the front Tow hooks on my Sport. I like having them there just incase.

After 1 day leaving the dealership clunk is back. I'll call tomorrow and set up another appt. It all seems to have started when they installed the front tow hooks. I'll have to let them know that and see if that could be causing it.

i have a noise coming from my right front suspension as well... i guess i wouldn't necessarily call it a clunk but more of a rattle... i only notice it when going at slower speeds, like going over a speed bump or into a drive way... had the dealership take it for a ride when i was in for an oil change and they "could not replicate" the sound... it started doing that around 500 miles...

Have the dealer check your body mounts. My '13 Laramie cc has been back to the dealer twice now for loose body mounts. The techs could hear the noise while they were driving the truck, but couldn't pinpoint it. They actually had to push up and down on truck while one sat there listening for the noise. They told me it wasn't 100% tight and "fixed it", now a month later, the noise is back. With all the small recalls, updates, radio reception, and fixes this truck needs, I'm really loosing faith in ram. Oh and the sound was coming from the Front passenger side.

Drop it off again at 9:00am. Noise is horrible. Just so irritating to hear it clunk over every small bump. I am thinking it;s the tow hooks I let them know so hopefully they can do something to resolve it.

I'll report back.

the brake thing is normal, it will do it if you turn off your truck and pump the brakes, just remember if you are ever driving (especially at hwy speeds) and your truck dies you only have one shot at hitting the brakes, make it count and dont let off until you've stopped just a friendly reminder

@Red Devil you were right. It was the front right body mount. They torqued it tight and the noise is now gone. Hopefully it stays like that!

Default Analyze suspension clunks manually

Don't mean to be ranting, if you can get under the truck (be safe) and have someone PUSH in all directions, or move the steering wheel a little, suspension clunks are usually quite audible.

1/2 the problem solved If you can find the noise, possibly adjust something yourself.

You can still stop your vehicle, but the brake booster stops assisting you as there is no more vacuum coming from the engine to create the boosted brake effort.

This is why your brakes feel hard when you initially start the truck. No engine vacuum = no brake boost.
