Default Bed organizers

I am looking for something to help me out so I dont need to go all the way to the front of the bed to get out stuff we put in the bed.

Anyone have cargo gates ? I dont really want to screw anything into the bed...

I will be getting a Tonneau Covers also so it would need to work with that.

Thanks

(Also I have a 2014 Ram 1500 Crew Cab short bed)

I have the Bully Universal Cargo Revolver System, but it does screw into the bed. I too was hesitant to screw into the bed but I am so glad I did it because it is the most useful thing I have for my truck.

What I did is I went to Staples and bought 4 plastic file folder crates. They are rectangular in shape, so I put the two in the middle end to end and the two on the end the opposite direction. They fit width wise between the tailgate and the wheel well perfectly.
They fit together, but I used some velcro to keep them together - but if I need to take one out, I can just remove the velcro.
Works great for groceries and so on.
A pic that shows the middle crates... Not the best of pics, but will hopefully give you an idea of what I did.

That is a great idea. Perhaps instead of velcro one could use levelling feet as found on some appliances.

i have the mopar/amp bed extender. when not in use it forms a nice little compartment at the tailgate. but you do have to screw in two small brackets. putting it in and out is a breeze, lift half way up and lift the thing out.

Great minds think alike, I got my crates from Quick Check.

When I bought my Smittybilt 2620021 Smart Cover (trifold soft cover) it came with an elastic net. It connects to the tow hooks and the frame of the cover and holds everything near the tailgate. It works perfect for groceries and sports equipment.
