Default tire bounce

Just replaced front and rear shocks and now I have major tire bounce. What could be te problem.

The new shocks are 'holding' the tires to the pavement, which is what shocks are supposed to do, and that tends to amplify any out of balance, flat spots, etc. problems with the tires. Have a tire shop check them out. They probably just need balancing.
