Default 2000-2001 factory off road package

I have a 2001 5.2l 4x4 with the sports package. I have been looking at suspension lift and have noticed that a lot of the lifts are not available for 00-01 year models with the factory off road package. I have the original sticker from the dealer and it does not say anything about an off road package. The sport package came with the larger tires and looks taller Than other factory trucks. Curious if anybody has dealt with this and if there is a way to find out if my truck is equipped with this package.

I didn't think that the Offroad Package could be had with the 318.

Easy ways to tell: On the tail gate, there is a decal that says "Offroad" in red letters under the 4x4 sticker. The front differential is trussed, or has reinforcement around it. The truck will have a 2" lift with 17x8 rims, 275/70/17 tires (33's), and 4.10 gears.

Pic of the tailgate:

EDIT: If the window sticker didn't say it came with the Offroad package, then you don't have it. Mine says it on the window sticker, and it was a $2k option.

Wh1t3nukle will become famous soon enough

Less than 33" 32.2" for the conversion. Just splittin hairs there, however, you can go directly to a 33"x12.5x17 w/o issue on the ORE. Everything else Persuader shared is pretty spot on.

As far as lift, when looking at kits is to ignore the stipulation that "does not work with offroad package". BDS says that from what I remember.

The lift in the ORE is purely in the front springs. They give an additional 2" over a non-ORE 4x4 Ram. So, lift kits will be changing that spring out completely. Well, kits that are with springs as opposed to spacers. Spacers you put on top of the coil spring.

Example, 3" kit using coil springs will only net you a change of 1".

Take out 2" ORE coils and put in 3" kit coils.

Hope that answers the question.
