Zebb is on a distinguished road
Default FOB only works with key on

2004 RAM 1500,4x4 Quad cab, Hemi

Problem: FOB will not work door locks unless the key is on ACC or engine on.

Background Info: Problem started 2 yrs ago.

Initially rear windows and all locks would not work (FOB or door switch) Searched this forum & discovered several broken wires on drivers rear door inside the rubber boot.

Wires spliced....rear windows began working. Locks returned to normal...sort of. The locks worked by switch and only by FOB if key on ACC or engine on.

Locks automatically lock when trucks exceeds 15 mph.

Solutions: Power to transmitter/receiver only when key on ACC ??

Were can I get wiring diagrams of this?

Access to the transmitter/receiver?

Thanks in advance.
