Default Which mud flaps?

Looking to put mud flaps on the truck, which ones look the best and do the job?
Mopar seems to have two
1. A flat style large set
2. A contoured version

or do I go aftermarket?

I don't want overly large "semi" or "rv" style, and don't want
trucker look. But need/want a set that looks nice, and just as importantly keeps rocks and dirt from flying up all over the side of the truck.

thx

Had the same question as you for a while. Did some research and looked up the guidance from here. Weathertechs are the way to go. Picked up a set and they look and work great. They're easy to install, just put some tape on the paint first.

I put the Mopar contoured ones on my truck. They look great and were easy to install. However you may have a problem installing the front flaps if you have the factory tubular sidesteps on your truck.

I've definitely considered the Weathertechs.
I have their digital molding floor mats in my truck and minivan and they
are nice.
As poster above noted, I do have the tubular side steps though, and I have a Laramie with the wheel well extension/flares that come with the Laramie, will either present a problem with the WeatherTech's?

i bought the molded plastic mopar ones that had the ram emblem on the mud flap .the back mud flaps went on just fine and work great . i do have the tubular side steps and with tubular side steps you can not install the front molded mud flaps because the side steps get in the way of the front mud flaps .

I have factory W2W and weathertechs no issues not cutting of the W2W's. easy install. (no flares but I don't think that would make a difference seems to be good clearance.

Cool thanks.
I don't have the W2W steps, but the slightly smaller normal ones.
Not sure if the shape of the W2W and normal ones are different, but if the weathertechs
clear the W2W ones, I'm sure they clear the normal ones as well.
That company didn't get as big as they are in the past 10 years by making crappy products and doing crappy R&D for size and fit.
