Default Plastic cap on Ram roof

Forgive me if this is a stupid question... On the top of the roof of my truck there is a plastic cap/cover. I am assuming it is for either that Surius Satellite antenna or maybe a GPS antenna? Does anybody know what it is for? I want to install a stereo with a built-in Nav system and I am hoping the wires for the antenna are already there? My current factory stereo does not have Nav but I know they sometimes run the wiring for upgrades....

Thanks, do you know if it could be used for the GPS antenna? I don't plan to keep my Sirius membership once I replace my head unit....
