Question AC blow warm/ humid air during normal acceleration

2004 ram 2500 5.7l with climate control ( driver & Passenger slide temp controls) Ac works fine while truck is idling but during normal acceleration ac blows humid air, checked freon low pressure side it is @ 35 psi @ 75degrees on the AC Pro fill gauge. I think it might be a vac leak but dont know where to start checking or if it might be something else???

Your A/C is not working properly. Anything else you want to know? After checking all fuses, you would be advised to go to the dealer or a reputable A/C shop.

Good luck with that. My boss's cummins 2500 does the same thing. We have had it apart God knows how many times. I wonder if they have a ac comp. cut off thats linked to throttle position. Maybe its getting a wrong signal. His will freeze you out and put water on the outside of the glass even here in Arkansas. If you are on the throttle beyond "normal" it cuts off.

before you head to the dealer. brush some soapy water on all ac hoses and fittings. leaks might show up when things expand.

I seem to remember something like this happening with a Volkswagen my wife had. It turned out to be the ECU.
The ECU cuts the A/C to give more power under heavy loads. The service department determined that the loss of A/C while under acceleration or operating under load and the condition was 'normal' for the car.
