Default Possible wrong pcm for the motor?

I just bought a 2000 dodge ram, I was told it was swapped with a 5.9 1999 durango motor, I think the computer is wrong in the truck, it will turn and not start and pulling the tps high output code, Im wondering if I need a different pcm because of this and also in the dashboard it reads NO BUS im not sure which computer i would need since its a 99 motor, currently the Computer model number is 560463646ae I would like to know if I have the wrong computer and what the right ones model # is
