Default 93 2500 stock height?

Hi,
Can anyone tell me what stock bed floor/rail height is on a 2500 quad cab? I just purchased the truck from a neighbor. The height from garage floor to top of bed sides measures 58", which seems a little high. I want to tow a 5th wheel and need to figure out if I have to change (lower) anything.
If looking under the truck, how would I know if it has been raised or not?
Thanks

I own several tape measures, but I lack the ownership of a 1993 Ram 2500 so I didn't chime in until now.
Does the truck have factory equipped tire size? If so it shouldn't be too hard to get some specs with some searching. A lot of people like to measure the center of the hub to the center of the fender to get height measurements, so maybe start with that. I prefer to run a tape from the bottom wheel lip to the center of the fender arch, it takes the guess work out and height differences from tire inflation.
Sorry I cant help much more beyond that.
