Default lift question

okay so right now i have a daystar 2 inch lift/ level on my 2012 ram 1500. its got a 2" block on the front and a 1.75" block on the back, now if i where to get the bilstein ready lift shocks for the front and rear and put the fronts of those to 2" and the rears to 2" would that lift it up giving it a 3-4" lift or am i just thinking to much lol??

You're thinking too much

You can't stack leveling kits like that... It's just a terrible idea. The max you want to lift the front end of these trucks without doing a diff drop and cross member drop is about 2.5". Any more than that and your CV shafts and lower A-arms will be at ridiculous angles. It won't work at all and you'll be wearing through ball joints and tires in no time.

Also, it's only the front Bilsteins that give you any lift. Bilsteins for the rear do not provide any lift, only a smoother ride.

Ya sorry you just have to step up to a lift kit. 4 or 6" whatever is to your needs. I have 2" ready lift and its staying like that till I can finish getting the cash for the 6" lift from BP on here and some 5100's. I am not going to swap the level for the 5100's alone since it rides good and 2" is a perfect level for my current tire size. Hoping to have the lift and 35's in a few months though.
