Default My 2014 Ram 1500 Express

So today I winterized my truck. While it was on the lift I thought it a great opportunity to snap some pics of the under carriage and start my build thread!

So the first set of stuff I'm posting is just some good shots of my exhaust build and then the winterizing pictures.

Thanks!

That cover looks pretty clean, not gonna lie. My supervisor back in WA painted his a matte dark blue to match the color of his '12 1500 Sport, along with the K&N intake he had in it.

Default phase 2!

The bumper is on!!!!!

HUGE shout out to AutoTrim and Design in Fairbanks, AK for saving me about $350!!!

Shipping came out free, and about 1/4 of the labor cost was cut out (charged for install only, not removal of OEM bumper)

*image of passenger side wouldn't upload.

Thanks!

I still get shakes and chills when I see it. I expect this condition to last a few months.

It's just so nice the way the straight bars contrast with the oval shape of the grille. I like uniformed ones like the Buckstop brand or the highest model Fab's offers, because the way it follows the shape is spot on and beautiful, but I'm more for contrast most of the time.

Looks good. Now you just need some lights on it to light up the night so you can see the animals to hit.

I'm exploring my options right now haha

I want it to be unique, as I'm sure most do. Maybe some of the tiny ones to go in the small pockets where the push bar meets the main portion?

Also would like thoughts on cutting out the mesh portion of the fog lights and putting in the LED's that bolt into it for the flush appearance.

So much to do, so many thoughts.

With all the little and large projects I want to complete, I'm having a rough time prioritizing. The good thing is I'm not spending money, so the way I see it is if I keep being undecided on what I want to do next, I will have more saved up to do something!

Little things that I can do without denting the funds too much consist of bulb replacements for a brighter interior, and some small tinkering like (maybe) disassembling the headlight housing. IF ANYONE HAS DONE THIS, PLEASE GIVE ME INPUT! I've watched a few different videos and think I might try this cause I have the next two days off which is a first this month.

These next two days will probably be plasti-dipping the front and rear emblem, and maybe the whole grille if I get bored?

Looks great! I love to see Express's get modified! Such a good platform to start with. Keep the mods coming.
