Default Fender flare issue

Anyone having an issue with your fender flares? I have one that isn't sitting flush to the vehicle. I cannot tell if they are supposed to stick to the vehicle or just sit tightly up against it. Anyway, looks like ill be notifying the dealer about this.

I also noticed some weird swirl marks around the fog lights on my chrome bumper.

Yes they are factory. One of then in particular has a 6-8 inch section that is bumped out and not flush. Going to take a picture and send to the dealer.

I put OEM flares on mine myself after delivery and noticed that one of them has pulled away slightly just as you described. No warranty for me however I'd be interested in how they (the dealer) fix yours. I.E. will they take the flare completely off the truck to replace the 3m tape or can they just fix the small gap somehow?

I have a few weird marks on my bumper. I think dodge just doesn't do something right somewhere in the process because when I looked at a couple other recently they all had imperfections in the bumpers
