Default build and price a 2014 2500 at ramtrucks.com

I am a newbie to the forum. I am very interested in ordering a 2014 and have enjoyed reading all the posts.

If you would like to build out a 2014 ram truck the website is up but they just don't show you the link.

If you click on the build and price link on ramtrucks.com you just have to change the date in the address bar from 2013 to 2014.

Example:

Here is the link to build a 2014 Ram 2500

Yeah mine came out to $69,100.

To get that, my wife has to leave me or I just give up that whole "paying bills" thing, that's expensive!

that's pretty cool. I would have not that you could do that. What I did find out is that my big horn comes with the luxury group standard and the dealer tried to add it as an additional option... won't be paying for that!

Has anyone noticed that on the standard features of a 2500 it says the rear suspension is leaf NOT coil over like they Chrysler said when they introduced it with the 6.4l?

Actually if look at the web site it is for the 3500...hence why there are some missing pieces like rear suspension options.

I want to let you know
the RAMTRUCKS Build site is a SHAM

it only uses your information to check against CURRENT dealer inventories, they count IN TRANSIT vehicles as their inventory
it is not for people to Custom order your Ram
If you noticed, it asked you for your ZIP Code
it also reads that certain options are not available in certain combinations, that is saying that no dealer in your area has that combination in their inventory

It has nothing to do with what you can order though the dealership or NADA GUIDE, etc. as a Custom/factory order
ignore the dealerships that you see on the page, just build your own
http://www.nadaguides.com/Cars/2014/...Build-Your-Car

Heavy Duty trucks should all come with leaf springs, it is a WORK truck
not a car with a bed

That is an awfully expensive ride. My next truck may be a diesel, but but the looks of pricing, it may be pre owned lol.

GTYankee not trying to poke the bear here, but why do you have to have leaf springs? I have used several military vehicles that carry loads with coil springs, It is just another method of transferring movement that is all. Leaf springs do not articulate as well as coils... Just a thought for what it is worth.
