Default Looking at tires, has anybody tried Firestone destination LE2??

Well my original Goodyear Wrangler HP's( total garbage!) are getting thin, looking for new tires. I have seen alot of good reviews for Firestone's new Destination LE2. Has anybody tried them on the Ram? And if so what do you think? The price I found sound line a good deal. Thanks!

The LE is a great tire, I build them. I work for Bridgestone/Firestone, our employee parking lot has 100 trucks or more in it every day. LOTS of our employees run these tires. We don't get them free either. The LE is a good riding tire that you should have no trouble getting 50k miles from with proper rotation. I have a set on my wife's Jeep that has 55k miles on them, I might can get another 5k on them. They were only balanced once when they were put on. Never needed rebalanced, no issues with loosing tire pressure. They are fantastic in the rain, you can't even tell the road is wet. No hydroplaning issues. Buy a set, you'll be happy.
The Firestone Destinations is the same tire as the Bridgestone Dueler, the higher end version. Both the tires are built in the same place and on the same machines with the same components. The only difference is the mold the tires goes in. The Dueler is a little better tread pattern, that's it.

All in all it depends on how you use your truck... I needed 265/70-17
Load Range E because I do Off Road driving... like off roading..and muddy dirt roads...
it honestly depends on your use...

the Original tires LT285/70R17/D 121 R $312 and price ... and I upgraded them..

They get great reviews on Tirerack. I went with the Continental Cross Contact LX20's and am really happy with them. Was waffling on the Firestone's but wanted to try an Eco tire!

I put them on my wife's 2007 Pilot to replace those crappy Goodyear Integritys. We love them. When I get fed up with these Wranglers on my 2013 Ram I will be getting the Firestone Destinations LE2.
