Here is a link to the lights. I also got the type that you can cut every 3 lights. There are soldering points on the strip you can just solder wire onto.

Great looking mod. I have thought of this myself but was considering putting the stip under my step, but really like how yours turned out!! Only thing about that mod is that where I am a can of plasti dip is $22 so it wouldn't be a $15 mod

Wow $22 bucks is a lot for plastidip! Its about $6.00 where I am. Where do you live maybe it would be cheaper for me to buy a can and ship it to you if you have paypal... lol

Actually I have these same exact lights under the bed rails too. Lol. I ran a switch in the bed and connected the lights to it. That mod is great! Def with while. Ill try to post some pictures tonight to show you what they look like.

Thank you! Were doing well now and thankful it wasn't worse.

Here are a few pics of the same light strips used as bed lights. These have come in handy quite a few times. I bought the lights on ebay for 4.99 and the switch for $1.00 I think... The way I wired it up is I ran a wire from my fuse box I mounted inside the cabin to a switch in the bed. I ran the wire inside black wire loom under the frame so you really cant even see its there. The fuse box I installed has switched power so I know I cant accidentally drain my battery.
