X9AP For More Info, Call 888-539-7474 ?

What the heck is X9AP?

1) You don't need to do a radio swap, you only need to add the UConnect module to get the bluetooth/handsfree. You could have the dealer install it, or I see them on e-Bay and you could probably install it yourself.
The good news is, your radio has the buttons for the UConnect.
Do you also have them on the steering wheel? My steering wheel has those same two radio buttons on the left side above the EVIC buttons.

The next step-up in radio would be the RBZ which is a touch screen/non-navigation unit. You would still need to add the UConnect module to that radio to get bluetooth/handsfree.

2) that is the phone number to Sirius/XM to start a free trial, or to buy a subscription.

I see you have the garage door opener in your console, that is one option I wish I had.

Looks like a mechanic heard the 12:00 noon lunch whistle and dropped everything he was doing. Someone else came along and just buttoned everything up without checking anything.
That is some comprehensive test your dealer runs. Is the steering wheel bolted on tight?
