I have the 3500 somtime it can have problems filling with diesell fuel. Try to get as far in as possible and hold the hanle about 4 clock postion seems to work best. Some place go no problem other take little longer. Other than that my has been flaws less for problems. I have 2200 on it now.

If thats not a lemon what is? I'm lucky it even starts right now. Blanket statement that.
I must be smoking too then. My '13 has been flawless...not a single issue of any sort.

Just traded my 2012 6.7L CTD for the 13 2500 Hemi. I had so many problems with the CTD. The emissions is killing a great diesel engine. Dealer bought it back with out me going the layer route. They wanted to give me another CTD, but after researching and reading in many forums about the problems the 13's are having too. I choose the Hemi. Had good luck with my 1500 I had. Hope this runs as good. Not enought miles on it to really tow anything with. Guess that will be the real test. Good luck hope the dealer makes it right for ya.

Default My New Dodge

I have 800 miles on my new 2013 3500 crewcab 4X4 with the 6.7 cummins engine. I did have a blank screen once on my radio, but I thought it was me. Has not happened again. Key got stuck in the ignition when the wife was driving has not happened to me. Probably her. Last night I could not put any diesel in the tank? Drove to the dealership however the technicians were gone. salesman is suppose to call me back today. After reading this post, I am not sure how moving the pump handle to the 4 oclock position will help. the fuel is still coming out of the end the same way?

Tracked the mileage on the highway and it was 21.3MPG (pure highway). Pulling around 11.5MPG.

I would like to hear what the problem is with putting fuel in the truck?

On my 4th Dodge Ram, second 6.7 and have not had anything major with any of them. All trucks regardless of brand are going to have some issues, not just Dodge.
It appears that many of the issues are software related with the 13's.
If your dealer won't help take it to another one that will.

Had a few problems with mine in the beginning, was kind of bumbed. All fixed now, love the truck. Funny, i had Ram customer care calling every few days to make sure my problem was being taken care of by the dealer.

So, I'll fix it. I'm looking at a 6.7 now. The only 6.7 I'd have a concern with is the 07.5 but only because it would be a FOAK (First Of A Kind).

Somehow I jumped a few pages. Tired I guess. R...

My 2012 Ram 3500 with the 6.7 is a pulling monster. I have the 3.73 gear ratio and I couldnt have asked for a better truck, LOVE the power and fuel mileage. My 2013 Ram 3500 Laramie Dually with the Aisin transmission with 850 torque was the worst mistake of my life. I drove 1600 miles or 2500 kms with 18000pds behind me. I have never driven a vehicle that fished back and forth to make up its mind between gears like that before. The truck grabs the fifth gear as soon as it drop 2 kms/hr. This truck tested my sanity levels for 2 days straight. I purchased this truck and praised ram for finally installing a commercial grade tranny behind the kick a$$ cummins and what a huge dissapointment it was. This design does not let the cummins do any of thework. My 2012 just lets that Cummins grunt in fifth gear until it drops roughly 8kms/hr and then it grabs a gear if needed. The 2013 with the Aisin is something I can seriouly do without. How could they not have tested the shifting patterns of these trucks under load before letting them go to the public. Or maybe they did, on one steep incline and called it good. How about in real world situations were the grades vary over several thousand miles. Very dissapointed in my truck ATM. Love the interior though by the way.

i feel your pain man. iv had my 2013 ram for a month now it has 19000 miles on it 17000 miles from the previous owner. but i myself am very angry and unimpressed with the truck. i was a big dodge fan up until this had to happen. i took it out to my ranch for the first time and the powersteering light went on and said powersteering hot? so i took it to the dealer whip 100 miles away to santafe lithia dodge. they replaced the rack and pinion because it didnt pass their tests. 5 hours of labor later i got my truck back. now theres a clunk in the shifting when i go from drive to park. im not about to drive another 100 miles to the dealership every week that something breaks.. i got burned into a lemon.. its sad i bet you a 1979 dodge powerwagon wouldnt be doing this crap. idk im disgusted with the truck and when i get into it every day i feel very un safe. what genius thought of makeing the power steering all electric. its a stupid design if you ask me... anyone else getting ripped off by their dodge lemon?
